If you buy as a consumer, you can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason
(§ 11 (1) FAGG, RIS).
When a download ends it
For paid digital files the right ends once the download has started, but only if all three of these happened
(§ 18 (1) Z 11 FAGG; EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16 (m), EUR-Lex):
you expressly agreed that delivery may start before the 14 days are over,
you confirmed that you know you lose your right to withdraw that way, and
you received a confirmation of the purchase.
Lemon Squeezy, which sells the files for us, writes in its Buyer Terms that by downloading you consent to immediate delivery and lose the right to withdraw.
Its checkout has no tick box for points 1 and 2, so the buy button on our pages asks you to confirm both before it opens the checkout. If you bought without confirming both, you keep the full 14 days, even after downloading.
Our own promise
On top of the law: write to us within 14 days of buying and, as long as you have not downloaded the files, you get your money back. No reason needed. Faulty files are covered separately, see the terms, section 6.
How to withdraw or ask for a refund
Email studio@wilddigitalmoments.com with your order number and the email address you used. A short message is enough, no form needed. It counts if you send it within the 14 days (§ 13 (1) FAGG).
Lemon Squeezy pays the money back to the payment method you used, at the latest 14 days after your withdrawal reaches us (§ 14 (1) FAGG).
Once you are refunded, the licence ends and please delete the files.

Wann der Download das Rücktrittsrecht beendet
Bei bezahlten digitalen Inhalten entfällt das Rücktrittsrecht mit Beginn des Downloads, aber nur, wenn alle drei Punkte erfüllt sind

Sie haben ausdrücklich zugestimmt, dass die Lieferung vor Ablauf der 14 Tage beginnt,
Sie haben bestätigt, dass Sie dadurch Ihr Rücktrittsrecht verlieren, und
Sie haben eine Bestätigung des Kaufs erhalten.
Lemon Squeezy, das die Dateien für uns verkauft, schreibt in seinen Buyer Terms, dass Sie mit dem Download der sofortigen Lieferung zustimmen und das Rücktrittsrecht verlieren.
Die Kasse von Lemon Squeezy hat kein Ankreuzfeld für die Punkte 1 und 2, deshalb fragt der Kaufen-Button auf unseren Seiten beides ab, bevor er die Kasse öffnet. Haben Sie ohne diese Bestätigung gekauft, behalten Sie die vollen 14 Tage, auch nach dem Download.
Unsere eigene Zusage
Zusätzlich zum Gesetz: Schreiben Sie uns binnen 14 Tagen nach dem Kauf, und solange Sie die Dateien nicht heruntergeladen haben, bekommen Sie Ihr Geld zurück. Ohne Begründung. Für fehlerhafte Dateien gilt Punkt 6 der Verkaufsbedingungen.
So treten Sie zurück
Schreiben Sie an studio@wilddigitalmoments.com mit Bestellnummer und der beim Kauf verwendeten E-Mail-Adresse. Eine kurze Nachricht genügt, ein Formular ist nicht nötig. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie innerhalb der 14 Tage absenden (§ 13 Abs. 1 FAGG).
Lemon Squeezy erstattet den Betrag über das Zahlungsmittel, mit dem Sie bezahlt haben, spätestens 14 Tage nachdem Ihr Rücktritt bei uns eingegangen ist (§ 14 Abs. 1 FAGG).
Nach der Erstattung endet die Lizenz; bitte löschen Sie die Dateien.
