Lior Adan

Full-stack engineer & technical lead

Full-stack since 2019, based in Tel Aviv. I take a feature from the data model to the screen and ship it.

Building the model…

I build the part you don’t see, and then the part you do.

Five systems, stacked into one tower and running. The screen people use is at the top, the local infrastructure is the foundation. Scroll and the tower turns, one floor at a time. The whole site lives in this building: click any part of it to walk in.

The white dots are requests, ringed in the colour of the floor they’re on. Each floor is a working model of how I’d build that system, not a recording of it in production.

About

Who I am and how I work.

The crown of the tower

Walk in

Pagewright

A headless CMS and site builder: edit, preview, publish.

Editors work behind a login. A draft is stored once in PostgreSQL, shown in a live preview, and only goes public when someone presses publish. Every publish is a snapshot, so it can be undone.

  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • React
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Supabase

Loudspeaker

One place to schedule and publish to several channels.

I lead it end to end: the product shape, a mobile frontend, the scheduler and the roles. In the model, drafts go onto a board of days and go out to their channels when the day line reaches them.

Harbor CRM

A CRM where each client’s data stays in its own room.

Every request goes through one auth gate, then only to the vault it belongs to. Tenant ownership and permissions are enforced twice: in the application and in the database.

  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • React
  • tRPC
  • PostgreSQL
  • Drizzle

Conveyor

A media job pipeline: queue, workers, retries, storage.

Intake, queue, workers, storage and delivery each do one job. Job state is written down the whole way, so a failed step gets a second try instead of taking the run down with it.

  • Node.js
  • TypeScript
  • Queues + workers
  • Supabase
  • AWS object storage
  • FFmpeg

Lantern

A local-first AI console that says so when a part is down.

Speech, language model and voice services run on the machine. When one degrades, the console names it and shows the trace instead of inventing an answer. It works with the network off.

  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Nx
  • PostgreSQL + pgvector
  • Redis / BullMQ
  • Three.js

Have a look

That’s the whole building.

Interface on top, local infrastructure underneath, and something built on every floor in between. If you need someone to own the data model, the API and the screen, the lobby’s open: send me the role, the stack and the team.

Every room is also written out below as plain text.

The whole building, as a list

For reading, printing or sending on. Every line is a real page; nothing here needs the 3D model.

  1. AboutWho I am, how I work, and the roles I fit.
  2. PagewrightA headless CMS and site builder: edit, preview, publish, and roll back.
  3. LoudspeakerA scheduling and publishing app for creators who post to more than one channel.
  4. Harbor CRMA multi-tenant CRM where each client’s data stays behind its own boundary.
  5. ConveyorA queue-driven media pipeline with retries and recoverable job state.
  6. LanternA local-first AI console that runs offline and reports failures honestly.
  7. ResumeThree roles with dates, and the selected projects.
